Here are the top 13 crockpot meals to make this summer. What are you going to make first?

I have fallen in love with my slow cookers. Yes, that is plural. I have a bunch of slow cookers. Enough to cook my entire Thanksgiving dinner (except the turkey) or have a food buffet during parties. But, I most love them in the summer. I mean who wants to heat up the house during the summer or stand over a 500 degree grill when it’s 100 degrees outside? Not me. I mean I used to ‘suck it up’ and stove top cook or grill. But over the last few years I have found a better way. I save the grill for the weekends or my husband will go out and grill. I myself love to quick prep the slow cooker and let the slow cooker do all the hard work.

Here are 13 crockpot meals that won’t heat up your kitchen and are perfect for summer. You will find sandwiches, pork chops, wings, meatballs and I even tossed in some make ahead pulled chicken and ground beef that you can cook ahead and freeze for a super easy weeknight meal.

Enjoy, with love from our Simple Kitchen to yours!
